Specialist ear, nose and throat care sits alongside beauty surgery at Ten Clinic, and that combination gave the identity its subject. Verywhere drew the brand from one thin line: the profile of a nose, rendered with the same restraint as the wordmark it sits beside. The mark reads as medical and as aesthetic at once, which is precisely the balance the clinic occupies. A warm terracotta and blush palette moves the identity away from clinical white and closer to skin, calm and approachable, from guideline to signage to the treatment room.

Approach

The nose is the one anatomical form that belongs equally to an ENT specialist and to an aesthetic surgeon, so it became the whole idea. Drawn with a single light line, it holds up at signage scale and on a name card, and it matches the weight of the Montserrat letterforms so that mark and wordmark read as one gesture. The profile line then escapes the logo to become the brand's graphic element, sweeping across layouts as a soft contour rather than a symbol. Colour does the emotional work: a terracotta primary grounded by a deep brown, with blush and a pale blue as breathing space. The system is deliberately small: a handful of lockups, including a Thai version, and a few wayfinding icons drawn in the same line weight, so nothing competes with the mark.

Execution

Every application follows the same rule of restraint. On the facade the mark is the only ornament on a cream wall, and indoors the illuminated sign sits on warm painted surfaces so that the brand colour is experienced as a room rather than a print. Uniforms and stationery hold the mark small and quiet, as a clinic should, while the poster and social templates bring in the pale blue and profile photography to carry the aesthetic side of the practice.
