Oki and Benny married at Dusit Thani Krabi under a brief whose theme was French Garden Romance: the charm of a Parisian garden, intimate and nostalgic, polished yet warm. Verywhere designed and managed the wedding from concept to the day itself, translating that theme into two settings: a vow ceremony beneath the trees at the edge of the beach, and an evening reception built around a sage green lattice pavilion carrying the couple's monogram. Every zone was drawn in 3D first, so that the day on site had already been rehearsed.
A garden theme in a resort setting needed one architectural gesture that could read as French without literal pastiche. The answer was treillage: a lattice pavilion with a central arch, side openings and urn finials, painted in the soft green of the brief's Nature swatch, serving as musician stage, cake backdrop and photo point in a single structure. Colour was held to ivory, nude and green, with gold reserved for the stationery, and on site the florals were pared back to white alone, so that flowers rather than pigment carried the romance. The furniture was treated as one kit of parts, oval back chairs, tall crystal centrepieces and a round white dance floor, carried from the renders to the lawn much as drawn, with the same chairs repeated beneath the trees so that two settings read as one design.
Each zone, from lounge and sweetheart table to guest tables and dance floor, was modelled and rendered by day, and the key zones again by night, so proportions and sightlines were settled before anything was built. On site the pavilion was constructed at full scale on the lawn, dressed with living greenery and set beneath a draped canopy, while the ceremony relied on flowers and the sea alone. Verywhere managed the event on the ground through to the sparkler dance.
